  9. Picatostes de pan frito
  10. Patatas fritas
  11. huevo cocido

Instructions to make to make Gazpacho cordobés

  1. Ponemos el pan que consideremos necesario en remojo.
  2. A continuación echamos en la en la picadora los tomates previamente lavados, los ajos, el pepino, el aceite, el vinagre y una pizca de sal, lo trituramos todo hasta que nos quede bastante fino, lo volcamos en un bol suficientemente grande para que nos quepa todo.
  3. Seguidamente trituramos el pan con un poco de agua y lo añadimos a el tomate que tenemos en el bol, le vamos añadiendo agua y removiendo hasta que nos quede a nuestro gusto, probamos como esta de sabor y cuando este a nuestro gusto lo llevamos a enfriar.
  4. Para servir lo podemos emplatar acompañado de los tropezones que más nos gusten y listo ya tenemos un refrescante gazpacho. Bon profit !!!
