- Con ayuda de un tenedor y una cuchara quitar la pulpa. Colocar en la licuadora y agregar un diente de ajo sin piel, un chorrito de zumo de limón, 3 o 4 cucharadas de aceite y el tahini. Salpimentar.
- Triturar bien hasta tener un puré fino. Si es necesario rectificar de sal y pimienta. Colocar en un cuenco, hacer un surco y rellenar con aceite. Espolvorear con el sésamo.
