- En un vaso de batidora, añadimos la leche en polvo y la leche líquida para formar nuestra leche condensada saludable y batimos durante un par de minutos hasta conseguir una mezcla cremosa y sin grumos. Congelamos 30 minutos para que coja consistencia.
- Mientas tanto lavamos las fresas y cuidadosamente les quitamos las hojas con las manos (o troceamos en trozos de aprox. 1,5 cm x 1,5 cm si son fresas grandes)
- Sacamos la leche condensada, cogemos un poco, hacemos una bola, la aplastamos de forma que podamos meter dentro la fresa y envolverla completamente. (Truco: Engrásate las manos para que no se te pegue)
- Envolvemos las fresas, las rebozamos en leche en polvo, las dejamos en un plato con papel film y congelamos durante 1h.
- Derretimos el chocolate negro en un bol pequeño con el aceite de coco. Sacamos nuestros bombones y los bañamos completamente en el chocolate negro con ayuda de 2 cucharas.
- Los dejamos escurrir hasta que endurezcan, los vamos dejando en un plato con papel de horno o film y listos! (reservar en la nevera)
