- Lavaremos y picaremos el pimiento y lo añadiremos.
- Picaremos la cebolla, el ajo, previamente pelados y los reservaremos junto con el resto de ingredientes.
- Añadiremos el aceite, el vinagre y la sal al gusto y removeremos para que se mezclen todos los ingredientes.
- Dejaremos macerar durante aproximadamente 1 hora en la nevera, con el recipiente cubierto.
- Transcurrido este tiempo, con la ayuda de la batidora de mano, lo trituraremos todo muy bien.
- Colaremos para eliminar las pieles y los posibles grumos, por último añadiremos la cantidad necesaria de agua, para obtener la espesura que más nos guste.
- Ahora solo quedará probarlo, para poder rectificar el punto de sal y de vinagre
- Reservaremos en la nevera hasta el momento de servir.
