  10. Quitamos el laurel, la cebolla y la zanahoria y añadimos las lentejas al bol. Añadimos las espinacas baby en crudo
  11. Salpimentamos y aliñamos con un poco de AOVE. Removemos bien
  12. Emplatamos y servimos en frío
