- Puedes echar ajo y cebolla, yo NO LE PONGO. Así es más suave y no se repite después el sabor, pero es opcional.
- Añade las rebanadas de pan al bol, 2, o añade alguna más si lo quieres más espeso.
- Echa el agua fría al bol, 1 litro aproximadamente. Yo saco el agua que tengo preparada en la nevera. Bate todo bien con una batidora.
- Cuela con un colador para que eliminar así del gazpacho las semillas del tomate y que se quede más uniforme.
- Una vez colado alíñalo con aceite de oliva, sal y vinagre al gusto. Y guárdalo en un recipiente u olla en la nevera hasta la hora de servir.
- Yo lo he tomado bien fresquito acompañado con pescaíto frito😋
