Apartamos a un plato. Y repetimos la acción hasta quedarnos sin masa. (yo lo hago así porque luego congelo las crepes que no me como al momento).
- Para el relleno, vuelvo a poner la masa a la sartén, ponemos el relleno deseado sobre la mitad, yo la hago mucho de jamón dulce, queso y orégano o chocolate.
- Emplatamos, si es salado, con orégano espolvoreado. Si es dulce, con nata montada o azúcar glas espolvoreado, y listo para comer!!!
