  3. 2 vasos leche
  4. 50 g mantequilla
  5. 1 cucharadita azúcar
  6. 1/4 cucharadita sal

  10. 500 g carne picada mixta
  11. 300 g puré de patata
  12. pimienta negra molida
  13. sal
  14. para la cubertura:

  17. 4 cucharas nata agria o yogur griego
  18. 2 cucharas harina
  19. 1/4 cucharadita sal

  1. En el recipiente de la batidora rompemos dos huevos y batimos a velocidad media.
  2. Añadimos dos vasos de leche templada, 50 gramos de mantequilla derretida, una cucharadita de azúcar,

  6. Freímos los crepes mientras se enfría el relleno.
    Vertemos la masa formando una
    capa fina sobre una sartén caliente y freímos por ambos lados.
  7. Ponemos el relleno sobre el crepe, distribuimos uniformemente y enrollamos.
  8. Los rollos de crepes los ponemos en el molde en una forma de caracol.
  9. Preparamos la cobertura.
    En un cuenco rompemos dos huevos, vertemos una cucharada de leche, añadimos cuatro cucharadas de nata ácida,
    un poco de sal y mezclamos.
    Añadimos dos cucharadas de harina
    y mezclamos hasta que no haya grumos.
  10. La mezcla resultante la vertemos
    sobre los crepes enrollados y la distribuimos de tal forma
    que rellene los huecos entre los rollos.
  11. Metemos el molde en un horno precalentado
    a 180ºC durante 30 minutos.
  12. El pastel está listo.
    Lo dejamos reposar durante unos 15 minutos y tras ello lo sacamos del molde y lo cortamos.
  13. Es muy fácil, rápido, y, lo más importante, rico.
