  9. 175 grs Harina, utilicé de Trigo Sarraceno
  10. 250 ml Leche
  11. 1 Cucharada Curry en polvo
  12. al gusto Sal, Pimienta y Nuez Moscada
  13. 2 Cucharadas Mantequilla

  1. Precalentamos el Horno a 200°C con calor arriba, abajo y Aire rotativo. NOTA: También Podéis cocinar las verduras en sartén o Parrilla
  2. Lavamos, secamos los Trigueros y Champiñones. Cortamos la parte fibrosa final de los Espárragos. Colocamos las verduras en una bandeja para horno, salpimentamos y echamos aceite. Horneamos durante 30 minutos. Reservamos.
  3. Mezclamos los ingredientes de los Crêpes (Huevos, Harina, Leche, Sal, Pimienta, Nuez Moscada, 1 Cucharada de Mantequilla a temperatura ambiente y Curry), hasta que quede una masa homogénea sin grumos.
  4. Con la otra Cucharada de Mantequilla, vamos engrasando la sartén antiadherente donde haremos los crêpes. Ponemos la sartén a fuego medio y cuando esté caliente, echamos 1 cucharón de masa y la extendemos. Mientras se va cocinando, añadimos a la parte cruda el Cebollino, Queso rallado, Jamón Serrano, 2 Champiñones laminados y Trigueros. Cerramos la crêpe al estilo Omelette y damos la vuelta. Cocinamos por el otro lado unos minutos más. Repetimos la operación hasta agotar la masa.
