- Fundimos el chocolate a baño de María o en microondas, agregamos la crema de avellanas y integramos bien. Untamos los crepes con una lamina fina de chocolate y los doblamos en 4 dándole una forma de pañuelo. los guardamos en la heladera por unos minutos para que tome cuerpo el chocolate.
- En un sartén amplio fundimos la manteca a fuego medio, luego agregamos el jugo y la ralladura de naranja. Añadimos el azúcar y disolvemos.
- Agregamos los crepes rellenos con el chocolate con crema de avellanas. Nos aseguramos que los crepes se embeban con la salsa que formamos.
