  5. Pasado el tiempo este es su aspecto. Apagar el horno, entreabrir la puerta y dejar que vaya perdiendo temperatura (de esta forma no se hundirá en el centro) sacar del horno y dejar enfriar por completo a temperatura ambiente. Meter en el frigorífico mínimo 6 horas. Desmoldar
