  2. Cogemos la mitad de la cabeza de ajo, los machacamos y olor añadimos con piel y todo en una olla de boca ancha con un buen chorro de aove.
    Los otros dientes de ajo los pelamos y picamos pequeñito y los reservamos
  3. Cuando los ajos se han sofrito los retiramos y en ese mismo aceite sofreímos los muslo de pollo a fuego alto.
  4. Una vez el pollo está sofrito lo retiramos y le añadimos el zumo de un limón
  5. Añadimos aove nuevo, añadimos los ajos picados que teníamos reservado.
    Cuando empieza a dorarse el ajo le añadimos la cucharada de harina, removemos, cocinamos un poco y le añadimos el caldo de pollo
  6. Le añadimos los muslos de pollo y todo el jugo que han soltado.
    Le añadimos el tomillo.
    Le añadimos el oporto y los ajos sofritos anteriormente.
    Cocinamos fuego medio entre 15 y 20 minutos
  7. Servir con un poco de perejil picado por encima.
